what nature or Kind soever and also that the
said parties of the first part and their heirs and
all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully
or equitably desiring any estate right title or interest
of in or to the hereinbefore granted premises by from
under or in trust for them or either of them shall
and will at any time or times hereafter upon the
reasonable request and at the proper costs and
charges in the law of the said party of the second
part her heirs executors and assigns make do and
execute or cause to be made done and executed
all and every such further and other lawful and
reasonably acts conveyances and assurances in
the law for the better and more effectually vesting
and confirming the premises hereby granted or so
intended to be in and to the said party of the second
part her heirs and Assigns forever or by the said
party of the second part her heirs or assigns heirs
or their counsel learned in the law shall be reasonably
advised or required. And the said Charles C. Seyle his
heirs, the above described and hereby granted and
released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns against
the said parties of the first part and their heirs
and against all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend In witness whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands

Charleston County       } for the State of Florida residing in Char
leston South Carolina personally appeared Walter Steel to me
well known who beng duly sworn makes oath and says that
he was present and saw the within named Charles C. Seyle
and Margaret J. Seyle severally sign seal and execute and
deliver the within instrument of writing as their free
act and deed and that they acknowledged the execution
and delivery of the same for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned to this deponent who with Maxwell S. Steel witnessed
the execution and delivery of the same In testimony whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and official seal and caused
these presents to be signed by the said deponent Walker Steel
at Charleston aforesaid this Thirtieth day of November Anno
