This Indenture made the ninth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty nine
between Henry Bradford and Samuel McLin assignees of
the estate of Thomas J. Prevatt Decd of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Joshua Heidt of
the same place of the second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Three hundred dollars lawfull money of the
United States to him in h duly paid before the delivery
hereof hath bargained and sold and by these presents
doth grant and convey to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and which is Known and
described as follows to wit Lot's no seven and eight (7) and
(8) in Block No (4) four in Range No one (1) or otherwise to say
two hundred ten feet running due east from the
south west corner thence two hundred and ten feet
feet due north thence two hundred and ten feet due
west thence two hundred and ten feet due south to the
place of beginning together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances and
all the estate title and interest of the said Thomas J.
Prevatt Decd had owned or claimed therein and the
said parties of the first part doth hereby covenant and
agree with the said party of the second part that at
the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the
first part is the lawful representatives of the premises
above granted and seized thereof in fee simple abso=
lute and that they will warrant and defend the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceable posession
of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
