This indenture made and Entered into on this 3rd day
of April one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Eight
Between A. Gaiy of the first part of the State of Florida
and County of Alachua and J.M. Sparkman & Son
party of the second part of the foresaid State and
County Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of five
hundred & Thirty Dollars To him in hand paid
by the said parties of the second Part The reciept
Whereof is hereby acknowledged have given Granted
Aliened bargained sold transferred And do by these
presents give grant alien Bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said parties of the second part
All that certain lot or parcel of land in the town
of Waldo Alachua County Fla, described in the plat
and survey of said Town of lot number one of Block
number four To have and to hold the above described
premises together with all and singular the Rights
and priveliges immunities easements and appur-
=tainances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining unto the said party of the second part and
their heirs as their absolute property in fee Simple
for ever, and the said A. Gay of the first part and agree
That they are seized of a good and indefeaseable
fee Simple to the above premises and that he has
good right to convey the same as he has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all Encumbrances
and liens of any and all nature and description
and that the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns shall quietly & peaceably enjoy
