by these presents herein and hereby bargain sell alien
remise release transfer convey and confirm unto the
said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and property of him (the
said party of the first part) of in and to that certain
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the town of Gainesville in said County and State
and Known and described in the map of the Public
surveys of said town as Block four (4) Range (2) as
specified in the original survey of said town
together with all and singular the rights easements
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appurtaining: To have and
to hold the said described premises to them (the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple, And the said party of the first part
in consideration of the premises aforesaid the right
and title to the said described land in the said
party of the second part their heirs and assigns:
hereby covenants forever to warrant and defend. In

executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for and
in consideration of the sum of One dollar to me in
hand paid by James H. Roper & George E. Cessna the
reciept where of is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold transferred and that I do hereby bargain sell
transfer and forever relinquish all the Dower and
right of Dower of in and to the lands and tenements
described in said Deed of Conveyance - In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 24th day
