Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into this the first day of March AD 1869 between Frances
W. Fontaine and Benjamin W. Fontaine of the said State &
County of the first part and Samuel Y. Finley of the
same State and County of the second part Witnesseth
That For and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
to them in hand paid the reciept whereof is hereby ac=
Knowledged have bargained sold Aliened and Conveyed
and by these presents do bargain sell Alien and
convey unto the said party of the second part his
heirs executors administrators and assigns all that
certain Lot or parcel of land lying and being situate
in the town of Gainesville in the State and County
aforesaid Known in the original survey of said town
as the South East quarter of Block (4) four Range (5) five
together with all the Priveleges and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
To hold unto the said party of the second part his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple And the said parties of the first do by
these presents warrant and defend the title to the
said property unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns against themselves and all
other persons In Witness whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands and
