State of Florida } Know All men by these presents
Alachua County   } that I Francis P. Olmstead of
said County and State in consideration of certain
promissory notes made by Willson Dell & Co to
Scott & Dash of New York the one dated January
21st 1869 for the sum of Two thousand & Eighty six 65/100
dollars & the other dated October 4th 1866 for the sum
of nine hundred & thirty nine 30/100 dollars each due ninty
days after date thereof which said notes are given up
to be cancelled do grant convey & release unto said
Scott & Dash parties of the second part my right to
redeem a certain lot of land & improvements thereon
lying in the town of Newnansville said County beginning
at a point on Main street one hundred and fifty eight
feet south of the north west corner of Block No 4 Range
No 2 running east seventy six feet thence south one
hundred and fifty eight feet thence west seventy six feet
thence north one hundred and fifty eight feet to the
first named point said land having been sold for taxes
& bought in, by said Scott & Dash together with all my
right and interest in & concerning said described premises
