in and for the County and State aforesaid George 
Helvenston Junior a Witness to the foregoing Deed who
acknowledges that he saw the parties Washington
E. Stroble and Mary K. Stroble Sign the said deed for
the purposes therein specified
         Witness my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of
         January A.D. 1867

   This Indenture made the twenty ninth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and
Sixty five between W. Wash Scott of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and A. Caroline
Scott of the same place of the second part
        Witnesseth that the said W. Wash Scott for and
in consideration of the sum of Two thousand Dollars
lawful money of the united States to him in hand paid
by the said A. Caroline Scott the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold and
by these presents doth grant bargain Sell convey and
confirm unto the said A. Caroline Scott her heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever all and singular
that certain piece or parcel of Land situate in the town
of Newnansville in the County and State aforesaid Known
and described in the plat of said Town as the NE1/4 NW1/2
and SW1/4 of Block Number Three (3) and Range three (3)
together with all and Singular the tenements heriditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversions remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and all of the estate title and interest
of the said W Wash Scott to the said premises or any part
thereof.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal this 29th day of December one thousand
