wife of Jos A.C. Jones whose name is signed to the foregoing
deed of Conveyance and being examined by me
separate and apart from her said Husband says
she covenants and agrees to the said conveyance
of land and that She does freely without threats
fears or compulsion of her said husband and for
the purpose of relinquishment of all her right of dower

Alachua County   } of January A.D. Eighteen hundred and
sixty nine between Edmund Jones and his wife Virginia
Jones of the State and County aforesaid parties of the first
part and Richard L. Willson of the same place party of
the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum of nine
hundred dollars paid at and before the sealing and deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents doth bargain sell and convey all that
piece parcel or Lot of land situate lying and being in
