grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Charity Bryant her heirs and assigns the following
described tract of Land: being thirty four acres of

the said Charity Bryant now resides To have

said Mrs Charity Bryant her heirs and ass
igns to her and their use and behoof forever and
I the said Wm R. McIntosh for myself my heirs
and administrators do hereby covenant and
agree with the said Charity Bryant her heirs
and assigns that in pursuance of the license
Aforesaid I took the oath and gave the bond by
law required and gave public notice of the sale

Alachua County   } George W. Rasor for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred dollars to me in hand paid by
Ella D. Tucker wife of Samuel C. Tucker the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
and delivered to said Ella D. Tucker all my right title
and interest of in and to certain roan mare aged
about nine years about fifteen hands high named
Betty and I the said Rasor the right and title to said
mare in the said Ella D. Tucker her heirs and assigns
will forever warrant and defend signed and sealed
this the 20th day of February A.D. 1869
