Know All Men by these presents That Whereas certain
lands herein described and sold for taxes have been
redeemed by the owner according to law now therefor
I by virtue of authority vested in me and in consid
eration of the fulfillment of the conditions specified
on the 4th Section of Chapter 214 of the laws of Florida
have granted and sold and by these presents do
grant sell and convey to Mrs N.C. Yulee the
following tract of land viz -
                              The South West Quarter
of Section Nine (9) Township Eleven (11) South of Range
Eighteen (18) East said land lying in Alachua
County and containing one hundred and sixty
Acres To have and to hold the said lands unto
said Nannie C. Yulee her heirs and assigns forever
   In testimony whereof I Frank W. Webster
Surveyor General of the State of Florida have hereunto
Subscribed my name and caused an impression
of the Seal of the State Land Office to be made
hereupon at the Capitol in the City of Talla
hassee on this the nineth day of March A.D. 1869
and of the Independence of the United States of
