Alachua County   } This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of
                   December AD Eighteen hundred and 
sixty three between Benjamin J. Davis administrator of
the Estate of Richard R. Davis party of the first part
and Mary Ann McLin of the County and State aforesaid
party of the second part, Witnesseth, whereas by
virtue of an order issued from Probate Court of
Alachua County and to said administrator directed
he was ordered to sell all the real estate belonging
to the Estate of Richard Robert Davis and whereas
the said Benjamin J. Davis administrator advertised
the same according to law and the same being
offered at Public outcry was bid off at Thirty
seven hundred dollars the highest bid offered
