State of Florida   }  Know all men by these presents that
Alachua County     }  I John R. Bevill for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by
Ella D. Tucker the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold and delivered and do by these presents
bargain sell and deliver to said Ella D. Tucker all my
right title and interest of in and to a certain grey mare
aged about (6) six years about fifteen hands high named
"Millie" - and I the said Bevill the right and title to
said mare in the said Ella D. Tucker her heirs and
assigns will forever warrant and defend
