This Indenture made and entered into this
this the thirteenth day of February in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
nine by and between Cyrus Brown President of
the board of Trustees of the Colored Baptist Church
of the Town of Gainesville of the county of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and Thomas
Little of the said county and State party of the
second part.
      Witnesseth That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to him in hand paid at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do give grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Thomas Little party
of the second part all that certain parcel or
Lot of land lying and being and being situate in
the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua and
State of Florida and Known and described as
follows to wit Commencing at a Stake on the
corner of the Lot belonging to the Colored Baptist Church
running South sixty feet to a Stake at the corner
of a Lot belonging to Walter S. Land thence West
along said line one hundred feet to another
Stake thence north along a line of land belonging
to J.H. Roper one hundred feet to a Stake thence
East one hundred feet to the point of beginning
   Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong
ing or in any wise appertaining to have and
to hold the same to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever
    In witness whereof the said party of the
first part has hereunto set his hand and seal
