A.D. 1869, And the Sale of said proerty being postponed by con-
sent to the first Monday in March A.D. 1869 being the day and
date of these presents and did on this day sell the same at public
auction according to law to the said Pinkursohn of the County &
state aforesaid for the sum of six hundred and seventy five Dollars
(67500) being the highest bid for the same. Now therefore Know ye
that I the said George L. Barnes as said sheriff by virtue of the
said writs in such cases made and provided, and in consideration
of the said sum of six Hundred and seventy five dollars to me
paid by party of the second part, have granted, sold and by these
presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever all the following property to wit;
The Equity of redemption in store House and lot Known as part of
the Lot No 1 in Block 2 Range 3 about twenty five feet front
and fifty four deep together with all the houses Buildings, and
hereditaments thereunto pertaining, the same being
situated in the Town of Gainesville, County and state aforesaid and
the same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff as aforesaid under
said will might could or ought to sell and convey the
Same.

into this 23rd day of March A.D. 1869 between
Mrs. P.L. Standley of the first part and S.T. Prescott
of the second part all of the aforesaid State and County
Witnesseth That for the consideration of Two hundred and
four dollars to be paid to the said P.L. Standley by the said
S.T. Prescott on or before the 1st day of December next the
Said P.L. Standley rents to the said S.T. Prescott seventy acres
of Land Laurel Hill Plantation with the small dwelling house
