W.K. Cessna Clerk of the circuit Court he and for the
county and state aforesaid Thos.B. Ellis who being duly
sworn deposeth and says that he saw Penelope L. Standley
sign and seal the above and foregoing Deed of conveyance for
the purpose therein expressed

State of Florida Whereas Thomas E. Haile
Alachua County of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida has by a decree of the circuit court
of the united States for the Northern District of Florida
sitting in Bankruptcy been adjudged a Bankrupt
and whereas I Samuel C. Tucker of the County and
State have been appointed or on order of said Court
assignee of said Thomas e. Haile Bankrupt
Now Know all men by these presents that I Samuel
C. Tucker by virtue of the power and authority to me
granted a Assigner aforesaid by the act of Congress
Entitled "an Act to Establish a Uniform Legation of Bank-
ruptcy throughout the United State " approved March
2nd 1867 for and in consideration of the sum of seven
Hundred and Twenty Dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bar-
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto Edward Haile
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the
following described tracts or parcels of land the same
being the lands of the said Thomas e. Haile Bankrupt
to me assigned to wit; All that piece or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the county of
Alachua and State of Florida Known as a part of
Section 29, R, 19, T.70, containing Forty acres more or
less bounded on the North by Sec 20 on the E by land
of Thomas W. Chestnut and Edward Haile Known as
Sec. 29 of the same Range & Township Also all that piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida and which is Known in the Arredondo
Grant and described as follows to wit; the NE 1/4 of Sec
16 Township 9 of R 19 Containing one hundred and sixty
acres more or less also all that certain piece or parcel of
land lying situated and being in the county of Alachua
