and State of Florida known as Sec 19 T. 10 in
R19 containing six hundred and forty acres more
or less said land being a part of the Arredondo
Grant Also, all that certain piece or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Known as a
portion of the Arredondo Grant and described
as follows the S 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Section 16
of T.10. of R.19. containing one hundred and
Sixty acres more or less also that certain
piece or parcel of land Known and described
as follows Sec 20. in Township 10 South of R 19 East
being a portion of the Arredondo Grant; also all
that other piece or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua
and in said Arredondo Grant and described
in the map of survey of said Grant made by
Henry Washington and David Burr as the
S East 1/4 of Sec 16 in T 10 South of Range 19 East
  To have and to hold the said described pieces
or parcels of land together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said Edward Haile
his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever

and Sixty nine between Franklin Myers and Mary
A. Myers his wife the party of the first part and Thad
deus Foster the party of the second part Witnesseth; that
the said party of the first part for and in consider-
ation of the Sum of Two hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid by said party of the second part
