that certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying and
being in the town of Gainesville in the County and
State aforesaid and Known and described in the
map of the public Survey of said town made in the
year A.D. Eighteen Hundred and sixty six as Lot
(1) One of Block (3) three in Range (7) Seven To have
and to hold the said described premises to them the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the said party
of the first part in consideration of the premises afore=
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
will forever warrant and defend

    This Indenture made the 3rd day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
nine between Calvin Waits of Alachua County Florida of the
first part and Andrew Ormand of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the second part
   Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consider
ation of the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars
in Gold or its equivalent to him in hand paid the re=
ciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
