and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell
Alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns for-ever all of the following
described Lots or parcels of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and Known as the
Northwest quarter of Section Twenty two in Township
ten south of Range twenty two east containing one
hundred and sixty 54/100 acres also the North west
quarter of Section Twenty three in Township ten south
of Range twenty two East containing one hundred
and fifty nine 24/100 acres also the South west quar
ter of the South west quarter of section fourteen in
Township ten south of Range twenty two East con-
taining forty 5/100 acres also the west half and
the south east quarter of the south east quarter
of section fifteen Township ten south of Range
twenty two E containing one hundred and twenty
acres containing in all four hundred and
eighty acres: less what lies north of the Gainesville
road and that west of the rail road together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rent issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest
claim and demands whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of said party of the first part of in
and to the same to have and to hold the above
granted and described premises with the appur=
tenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and Assigns to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever: Provided
always and these presents are upon this condition
that if the said party of the first part shall
well and truly pay his certain promissory notes
bearing even date herewith given to said party
of the second part for the sum of one thousand
two hundred and fifty dollars due January 1st
one thousand eight hundred and seventy and
one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars due
January 1st one thousand eight hundred and seven=
ty one in Gold or its equivalent as aforesaid
according to the tenor of said notes granted shall
cease and utterly determine
  In witness whereof the said party of the first
to these presents is herewith set his hand and seal

This Mortgage from Calvin Waits and wife to Andrew Ormand
is hereby declared to be fully paid satisfied and discharged by virtue
of the reconveyance by said Calvin Waits to Andrew Ormand of the lands
covened thereby by Deed dated July 1st 1869 - and recorded in the
year 1883
