     This Indenture made the 3rd day of April in
the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty
nine between Andrew Ormand in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and Mary D. Ormand his wife
parties of the first part and Calvin Waits of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of five thousand dollars law
ful money of the United States to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and the said party of the second part his
heirs executors and administrators for ever released and
discharged from the same by these presents have granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns
forever all of the following described Lots or parcels of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and Known
as the Northeast quarter of the Section (22) Twenty two in Township
(10) ten south of Range (22) Twenty two East containing (160 54/100) one
hundred and sixty 54/100 acres also the North west quarter
of Section (23) twenty three in Township (10) ten south of Range
(22) twenty two east containing 159 24/100 acres one hundred and
fifty nine 24/100 Acres Also the south west quarter of the south
west quarter of section (14) fourteen in Township (10) ten south
of Range (22) twenty two east containing (40 5/100) forty 5/100 acres
