Also the west half and the south east quarter of the south
east quarter of section (15) fifteen Township (10) ten south
of Range (22) twenty two east containing (120) one hun
dred and twenty acres containing in all (480) four
hundred and Eighty acres less what lies north of
the Gainesville road and west of the Rail road, togeth
er with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining and the reversion and rever
sions, remainder and remainders rents issue and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and
every part or parcel thereof with the appurte=
nances to have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever and
the said Andrew Ormand and Mary D. Ormand
his wife for themselves their heirs executors and
administrators do covenant grant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that the said Andrew Ormand
and Mary D. Ormand his wife at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents was lawfully
seized in their own right of a good and lawfull
absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
