Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 18th
day of March in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
& Sixty Eight, Between J.C. Thrasher & his wife Catherine
V. Thrasher on the first part and Nancy M. Wilcox
of the second part all of said State, Witnesseth,
That for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five hun
=dred dollars to her & all her heirs to be paid at
and before the Signing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted, Bargained & Sold & doth by these presents
Bargain, Sell, & Convey unto the said Nancy M. Wilcox
her heirs and assigns all that tract of Land, Situate
lying in the County of Alachua & Known and des
=cribed in U.S. Survey of the same as the lot No (1)
One Section No (7) Seven in Township No (9) Nine South
of Range (14) fourteen East containing Thirtyone & 65/100
(31. 65/100) acres also the North West quarter of North
West quarter of Section (8) Eight in Township (9)
nine South of Range (14) fourteen East Containing
Thirty nine 74/100 acres and 39 14/100 acres to have and to hold
to her the said Nancy M. Wilcox & her heirs & assigns
forever in fee Simple & the said J.C. Trasher & his
wife Catherine V. Thrasher unto the said Nancy M.
Wilcox her heirs and assigns & forever warrant and
defend the said bargained premises against
the claim of themselves their heirs & assigns and
assigns, and against the claim of all other persons
whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said J.C. Thrasher
& his wife Catherine V. Thrasher, hath Set their hands
& affixed their Seals in the day & year above written
