       Know all men by these presents that I, T.J. Durden
       and Vina Durden of Alachua County State of Florida
       for and in Consideration of the sum of One
       Thousand Dollars to me paid by Charley Geiger of
       Alachua County Florida and Commonwealth
       aforesaid The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       do give grant sell and Convey unto the said Charley
       Geiger all that South east half of the North east
       quarter and the North west quarter of the North east
       quarter, and the North east quarter of North west quarter
       of section eleven Township 7 Range 21 To have
       and to hold the same to the said Geiger his
       heirs and assigns and to his and their use forever
       and I the said T.J. Durden and Vina Durden wife
       of the said T.J. Durden do Covenant with the
       said Geiger his heirs and assigns, that I am
       lawfully seized in fee of the premises, that they
       are free from all encumbrances, that I have a
       good right to sell the same as aforesaid
       and that I will covenant and defend the same
       to the said Geiger his heirs and assigns against
       the lawful demands and claims of all
       persons
             In Testimony whereof the said T.
       J. Durden have hereunto set my hand and
       seal this first day of May AD 1868

       The above named parties declare the above indenture
       to be their act and Deed, and desire the same might
       be recorded as such, The said Vina Durden wife
       of the said T.J. Durden being by me examined sep-
       =erate and apart from her said Husband declared
       that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and
       accord seal and release to the said Geiger his heirs
       and assigns all her right title and interest to
       or in any Dower in the afore granted premises
