Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I William H. Stringfellow of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida for in Consideration
of the Sum of Four thousand & fifty Dollars and
thirty two Cents to me in hand paid, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained
and Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents
do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto S.A.
Stringfellow of the same County & State the following
described property to wit South half of Section 32
Township 9 Range 19 & North half of Sec five
Township Ten Range Nineteen Containing Six hundred
& forty acres more or less Situated in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida -
     To Have and to hold the said described
land together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtinances unto the said S.A. Stringfellow
his heirs Executors, administrators and assigns forever
          In Witness Whereof I hereunto Set my
hand and affix my seal this 23rd day of April
