This Indenture made this the Sixth day of
November One Thousand eight hundred & Sixty
Seven, between Charity A. Snowden of the first part
and E. Bauknight of the Second Part both of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, Witnesseth
That the Said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One thousand dollars
lawful money to me in hand paid by the said party of
the Second part, have remised, released, and quit
Claimed and by these presents do remise release and
quit claim unto the said party of the Second part, and
to his heirs and assigns from all that Certain piece
or parcel of Land lying and Situated in the County
and State aforesaid, To wit The South East quarter
of Section Eight Township Eleven Range eighteen, Contain
=ing One hundred & Sixty acres together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtinan
=ces and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits, title and interest
Claim and demand, whatsoever as well in Law as
in Equity, of the said party of the first part, of in
or to the above granted premises, and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtinances To have and to
hold all and Singular the above mentioned and described
premises together with the appurtinances unto the said
party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns forever
