Alachua County   } These Indentures made this the fifth day
                   of November in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and sixty six between
Henry W. Colson and his mother Sarah B. Colson and his
wife Jane Colson of the State and County aforesaid of
the first part and James E. Markey of Bradford
County of the aforesaid State of the second part Witnesseth
that the said Henry W. Colson and his mother Sarah
B. Colson an his wife, Jane Colson of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of seven
hundred Dollars in hand paid by the said James
E. Markey of the second part the receipt whereof is
truly acknowledge hath granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that tract of Land situated and lying
in the State and County aforesaid known and des-
ignated as the West half of the North East quarter
of Section Twenty Township Seven, South of Range
Nineteen East in the District of Lands subject
to sale at Newnansville Florida containing Eighty
acres and ten hundreth of and acre to have and
to hold said bargained premises to the said
James E. Markey his heirs and assigns forever in fee
simple and the said Henry W. Colson and his
mother Sarah B. Colson and his wife Jane Colson said
bargained premises together with all the rights
members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining shall and will forever
warrant and defend and the rights and title there
to unto the said James E. Markey his heirs and assigns
from and gainst themselves their heirs and assigns
and against all other persons whomsoever In
Witness whereof of the said Henry W. Colson and his
mother Sarah B. Colson and his wife Jane Colson
hath hereunto set their hands and seals the
day and year above written.
