was a party to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and that of
her free will and accord without fear or compulsion of or from her
husband her husband, she renounces all her right of Dower in and
to the said parcel of land thereby conveyed as Witness the said
hand & seal of the said Martha W. Riggs }
