Alachua County   } in and for the County & State aforesaid Mar-
tha W. Riggs wife of George S. Riggs who acknowledges that She
was a party to the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and that of
her free will and accord without fear or compulsion of or from her
husband her husband, she renounces all her right of Dower in and
to the said parcel of land thereby conveyed as Witness the said
hand & seal of the said Martha W. Riggs         }

  Moseley
         To Wit: All that certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida & more particularly Known and
described on the map and public Survey of said
State, as Lot number One (1) in Section thirteen
(S 13) Township Nine (T9 S) Range Twenty two East
(R22 E) Containing Twenty one 82/100 acres more
or less, purchased by said Kate M. Moseley
from James T. Soutter and John McRae Trustees
per their attornies M.A. Williams on the 2nd day
of April 1869
