I Joseph A. Shannon for and in Consideration of
the Sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid Ann
B. Shannon my wife, the receipt whereof is hereby ac
Knowledged, as well for the further Consideration
of favour and affection  me thereunto having, have
bargained Sold, transferred, aliened, remised
released and Confirmed, given granted and
Conveyed and do by these presents bargain, Sell, trans
=fer, alien, remise, release, Confirm, give, grant, and
Convey unto the Said Ann B. Shannon all my right
title interest and property of in and to Certain lands
Situated in said County of Alachua and State of Florida
Known as the South West quarter of North West quar
=ter of North West Quarter of Section Three Township Eleven
South of Range Tw Two East Containing forty acres of
land more or less; And the West half of the North West
quarter of Section Eleven, Township Eleven South of
Range Twenty two East Containing Seventy nine 99/100 acres
together with all and Singular, the tenements and
hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the said described premises to her the Said Ann B.
Shannon her heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple
And I the said Joseph A. Shannon the right and
title in said premises in the said Ann B. Shannon
her heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend
Witness my hand and Seal this the Twenty Second day
of January AD 1869 }
