         further Consideration of favour and affection me thereunto
         moving have bargained, Sold and delivered, and
         by these presents bargain, Sell and deliver give and grant
         to Said Ann B. Shannon the following property to wit
         Six head of Horses, Two hundred head of Stock Cattle
         ranging in Alachua County Twenty Five head of
         hogs and three Bales of long Staple Cotton, To have and
         to hold Said described property to her and her heirs and
         assigns forever, and the said Joseph A. Shannon, do
         herein and hereby for the Consideration hereinbefore Mentioned
         relinquish and forever abandon to Said Ann B. Shannon
         all my rights and priviliges in and about the possession
         the use, management and control of the same, and
         I hereby Covenant forever to warrant, and defend the
         right and title to said property in my said wife
         her heirs and assigns, Witness my hand and Seal
         this the 22nd day of January AD 1869

                The Florida Rail Road
          This Indenture, made this twenty Sixth day of
          May in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
          hundred and Sixty nine, Between the Florida Rail
          Road Company a Corporation organized under
          the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first
          part, and John A. Stewart and Frederick H.
          Conklin, of the City and State of New York, parties
          of the Second part, Whereas the Said party of
          the first part is vested with the franchise to be
          a Corporation, granted by the State of Florida, and
          is duly organized as a Corporation in Conformity
          with the capacities Conferred upon the said
          party on its Corporate Character by the Laws of
          the said State, and possesses a Rail Road
          extending from Fernandina to Cedar Keys, both
          in said State together with the Equipment and
          appurtinances belonging and incident thereto And
          Whereas the Said party of the first part, for the
