to Cedar Keys in the State of Florida of about One hundred
and fifty four Miles in length, and the Equipment,
appurtinances, franchises, and things therein described
Any holder of this Bond may at any time, have the same
Converted into the Capital Stock of the said Company
and be entitled to receive therefor Ten Shares of said Cap
=ital Stock, in the Surrender of this Bond with all the
unpaid Coupons thereto annexed
This Bond Shall pass by delivery or by transfer on the
Books of the Company in the City of New York, and at
any other place which the Company may determine,
After a registration of ownership Certified herein by
the Transfer agent of the Company, no transfer except
upon the Books of the Company shall be valid, unless
the last transfer be to bearer, which Shall restore trans
ferability by delivery to bearer as aforesaid at the option
of each holder
This Bond shall not become obligatory untill it
Shall have been authenticated by a Certificate endorsed
hereon and duly Signed by the trustees - In Witness
Whereof the said Company has caused its Corporate
Seal to be hereto affixed, and these presents to be
Signed by its President and Treasurer, and Countersigned
by its Secretary, on this 12th day of May AD 1869

part hereto, in consideration of the premises, and of
the Sum of One dollar to it in hand duly paid, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in order
to Secure the payment of the principal and interest
of the Bonds aforesaid issued, or to be issued, as
herein recited and provided, and every part of the
Said principal and interest, as the Same Shall
become payable according to the tenor of the said
