One hundred and fifty four Miles in length, including
all the railways, ways, rights of way, and depot grounds,
all tracks, bridges, Culverts, fences, and other Structures, all
depots, Station houses, Engine houses, and other buildings
and all machine Shops and other Shops, whether now
held or hereafter to be acquired for use in Connection
with the said Rail Road, and including also
all locomotives, and rolling Stock, and all Machinery
for operating repairing or replacing the said Rail
Road or its equipment, whether now held or hereafter
required, all of which things are hereby declared to be
appurtinances and fixtures of the said Rail Road
and including also all franchise connected
with or relating to the Said Rail Road, or the Constru
=ction, Maintenance or use thereof, now held or here
=after acquired by the Said party of the first part,
together with all and Singular the tenements, hered
=itaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining, and the reversion, and reversions
remainder and remainders, tolls, incomes, rents,
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim, and
demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity
of the said party of the first part thereof with the
appurtinances, To have and to hold the said
rail road equipment, appurtinances and
property unto the said parties of the Second part
and to their heirs and assigns to the only proper
use and behoof of the said parties of the Second
part, and of their heirs and assigns: In Trust
Nevertheless, for the purposes herein expressed, to wit

               Article First
Untill default shall be made in the payment
of principal or interest of the said bonds, or Some
of them, or untill default shall be made in respect
to Something by these presents required to be done,
observed performed, or Kept by the party of the first
part, the said party of the first part Shall be
Suffered and permitted to possess, manage, operate
and enjoy the said hereinbefore described Railroad
and every part thereof with its equipment and
appurtinances, and to take and use the tools,
incomes, rents, issues, and profits, thereof in the
Same manner and with the same effect as if this
deed had not been made
