of any interest on any of the aforesaid Bonds
issued, according to the tenor thereof, or of the Coupons
thereto annexed, or on requirement to be done or
Kept by the party of the first part and in Case such
default Shall continue for the period of three
months, it Shall be lawful for the said Trustees or other
Successors, personally or by their attorney or agent, to
enter into or upon all and Singular the RailRoad
and premises hereby Conveyed or intended So to be
Conveyed, and each and every part thereof, and to
have, hold, and use the Same, operating by their
Superintendents, Managers, receivers or Servants, or
other attorney or agent the Said railroad, and
Conducting the business thereof, and making
from time to time, all repairs and replacements
and Such useful alterations, additions, and impr
=ovements thereto, as may Seem to them or him to be
judicious: and Collect and receive all tolls, freight
incomes, rents, issues and profits of the Same, and
of every part thereof, and after deducting the expen
=ses of operating the said railroad and cond
=ucting its business, and of all the said repairs,
replacements, alterations, additions, and improve
=ments, and all payments which may be made for
taxes, assessments, charges, or liens, prior to the lien
of these presents upon the said railroad and
premises, or any part thereof, to apply the moneys arising
as aforesaid to the payment of interest upon said
Bonds on the order in which such interest shall
have become or shall become due, rately to the
persons holding the Coupons evidencing the right
to Such interest; and after paying all other interest
which shall have become due to apply the same
to the satisfaction of the principal of the said
Bonds which may be at that time unpaid,
rateably and without discrimination or preference
              Article Third
In case default Shall be made as aforesaid, and Shall
Continue as aforesaid, or in case default Shall be
made in the payment of the principle of any of said Bonds
or any part thereof, and Such default shall continue
for the period of three months aforesaid, it shall like
wise be lawful for the said trustees, or their Successors
after entry as aforesaid, or other entry personally, or
by their attorney or Agent, to Sell and dispose of all
and Singular the railroad and premises hereby
Conveyed, or intended So to be, at Public auction
Either in City of New York or at such place within
