                  This Indenture, Made the Twentyeth
day of December, in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred & Sixty six, between Samuel Boykin of
the County of Bibb of the one part, and Alexander
P. Price of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Samuel
Boykin for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six
thousand, Five hundred Dollars in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted
bargained, Sold, aliened, Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, alien, Convey
and Confirm unto the said Alexander P. Perry his heirs
