Conveyed by Robert A. Child of the Said State and County
last aforesaid, to the said Samuel Boykin, which
is described as follows Viz Four hundred & thirty six
(436) acres on the West part of Section (31) Thirty one Town
=Ship (11) Eleven Range (21) Twenty one of the Arredondo Grant
The North half of Section (36) Thirty Six Township (11) Eleven
Range (20) Twenty of the same Grant Supposed to Contain three
hundred & twenty five acres, more or less, and the breadth of
Twenty Chains of the West side of Section (36) Thirty six
Township (11) Eleven Range (20) Twenty of the said Arredondo
Grant, the whole of said parcel supposed to contain
Nine hundred acres more or less
                                To have and to hold the
Said bargained premises, with all and Singular the
rights, members and appurtinances thereunto appertain
=ing, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him
the said Alexander P. Price & his heirs, Executors, adminis
=trators and assigns, in fee Simple and the said Samuel
Boykin the said bargained premises unto the said
Alexander P. Price & his heirs, Executors, administrators, and
assigns against the said Samuel Boykin & his heirs
Executors and administrators, and against all and every
other person or persons, Shall and will warrant and
forever defend by virtue of these presents - In Witness
Whereof, The said Samuel Boykin has hereunto Set
