Alachua County   } Whereas it appears from the Original
entries in a Certain Book Kept by James B. Bailey Treasurer
of Alachua County aforesaid that William R. Lewis did on
the ---- day of    AD 185  pay to the Said Treasurer the Sum
of          Dollars and did further on the
20th day of September AD 1856 pay to said Treasurer the
Sum of Fifty One 50/100 Dollars in full payment for all that
Certain tract of land in the Town of Gainesville in said
County and State and Known on the map of the public
Survey of said Town as Lot number One of Block num
=ber Three in Range Seven the Same having been previously
Sold at public outcry and the said Lewis being the
highest bidder for and purchaser of the same, and where
=as it appears further that said William R. Lewis did
on the 23rd day of March AD Eighteen hundred & Sixty
Seven by his Deed in writing Convey said premises to one
Mary A. Myres which Deed is of Record in the Ooffice of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County and whereas
the Said Mary A. Myres and Franklin Myres her husband
did by their joint Deed in writing Convey all the right
and Title which they derived from said Lewis in
Said premises on the 11th day of May AD 1869, which
Deed is now of Record in said Clerks Office to one
Thaddeus Foster of Said County and State
Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth that Theo

=issioners for and in Consideration of the premises
aforesaid have this day bargained Sold, aliened
remised, released, Conveyed and Confirmed and do
