Convey and Confirm unto said Thaddius Foster
his heirs and assigns all that certain tract or
parcel of land, Situate in the Town of Gainesville
and described as aforesaid, together with all
and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances, thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining. To have and to hold the said
premises to him the said Foster his heirs and
assigns forever in fee Simple

came Theodore C. Gass President of the Board of
County Commissioners of said County to me well Known
who executed the foregoing Deed and acknowledged
that he Signed, Sealed, and delivered the same
under an order from said Board of County Commiss
=ioners for the purposes and upon the Consideration
therein indicated and Set forth

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that by virtue of an order duly issued from the
honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County
when Settling for ordinary purposes on the Twenty
Sixth day of May AD 1869 an order was granted for
the sale of the following real Estate, lying and
being and being in the State and County aforesaid
as are more fully described hereinafter, and the
Same having been duly advertised, were offered
for sale at public outcry, before the Court House
door in the Town of Gainesville, on Monday, the 21st
day of June AD 1869 and were duly Knocked off
to John R. Bevill, for the price or sum of One hundred
