& forty eight 80/100 Dollars he being the highest bidder
wherefore and in Consideration of the same I do hereby
grant, bargain  Sell, and Convey unto the said John R.
Bevill his heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators
the following described lands, To have and hold the
Same in fee Simple (that is to Say) the South east quarter
of Section in Township ten South of Range Fourteen
East in the district of lands Subject to Sale at Newnans
=ville Florida, Containing One hundred & fifty nine acres
and Sixty two hundredths of an acre, And also, the
half of the South West quarter of Section Eight in
Township ten South of Range fourteen East in the
district of lands Subject to Sale at Newnansville Florida
Containing Seventy nine acres and Eighty One hundredths of
an acre Also the North West quarter of the
South West quarter of section Eight in township ten South
of Range fourteen East in the district of lands Subject
to Sale at Newnansville Florida Containing Thirty nine acres
and Ninety hundredths of an acre The aforesaid amount
=ing to two hundred & Seventy nine acres and thirty three
hundredths of an acre, The said lands having been
granted by the Government of the United States to William
Young on the 2nd day of April AD 1855
                And also, the East half of the North
east quarter of section Eight in township ten South of
Range fourteen east, in the district of lands Subject to
Sale at Newnansville Florida, Containing Seventy Nine acres
and Eighty one hundredths of an acre, the said land
having been granted by the Government of the United
States to William Young on the first day of October AD 1856
Also the following tract or parcel of land, (to wit) the
East half of the South west quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Eight, Township ten, South of
Range fourteen East in the District of lands Subject to
Sale at Newnansville Florida Containing One hundred
and nineteen acres and Eighty one hundredths of an acre
Granted to William Young by the government of the
United States on the Nineteenth day of February AD One
thousand Eight hundred and fifty Seven making
in the aggregate Four hundred and Eighty acres more or
less - All of which will more fully appear by reference to
Grants of the United States hereto annexed and marked
respectively  Nos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 To have and to hold the
Said bargained premises to the said John R. Bevill
his heirs, Executors, administrators or assigns forever
And I as Administrator of Said William Young
now deceased, will forever warrant for himself his heirs
Executors and administrators the aforesaid bargained
