We Jointly and Severally promise to pay John OMally or his
order One hundred & twenty 31/100 Dollars for value received in
Consideration of the above promise we bind ourselves and assigns
to deliver at Gainesville to the said John OMally, enough lint
Cotton from the first picking of Cotton from our plantation
to pay the said amount, the note is given for advances
made on said Crop to enable us to carry on the
plantation and the Indenture to be a first lien on said
