This Indenture, made and entered into this twelfth
day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 
hundred and sixty seven between James T. Soutter and 
John McRae, Trustees, duly appointed by the 
     Florida Rail Road Company
parties of the first part, and James Beattie party of the 
second part, Witnesseth:
  That the said parties of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of Six dollars to them in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged, have given, aliened, bargained, sold, trans
ferred; and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second 
part all of those several tracts or parcels of land lying and be
ing in the County of Alachua, State of Florida public sur=
veys of said State as lots one (1) Two (2), South half of Lot 8
Eight (8), and North half of lot Twelve (12) of section Nineteen of
Township Eight South (T.8.S.) Range Twenty East (R.20.E.) containing
Two hundred and eighty (280) acres, more or less, Also Lots
one (1), Two (2) Three (3), Four (4) Five (5), Seven (7) and eight (8) of Section 1
(S1) Township Nine South (T.9.S.), Rage Twenty one East (R.21.E.) contain=
ing Two hundred and forty nine (24974) acres more or less
    Also, in the Town of Archer, County and State aforesaid, lot Eight
(8) in Block Eighteen (B.18) as per plat of said Town.
    To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and 
Singular the rights and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs as their absolute property in fee Simple forever. And the said 
parties of the first part for themselves and Successors as Trustees aforesaid
and for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming 
by, through or under them or either of them, do covenant and agree, that 
they are seized as Trustees, of a good and indefeasible fee Simple to 
the above premises and that they have good right to convey the 
same, as they have Conveyed the same, free and discharged from all 
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such Trustees, and that the said party 
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and peaceably 
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully 
claiming under them or either of them
