           and convey unto the said party of the Second part, his heirs and
           assigns forever, all the following property viz,
22-10-19   Part of Section twenty two Township ten Range nineteen, Containing Five
15-10-19   hundred thirty nine 80/100 acres, Also part of Section fifteen, Township Ten
           Range Nineteen containing three hundred & twenty acres more or less, Also part of
           Section fourteen in Township ten Range Nineteen beginning at the half
           mile stake of the west line of Section fourteen in Township ten Range
           Nineteen running East to the Gary Grant, and on of said Section South
           of said line Also all the North West quarter of Section twenty three
23-10-19   in Township ten, Range Nineteen that is not included in the Gary Grant,
           which said fraction is supposed to contain about sixty or eighty acres
           more or less, all these tracts of land supposed to contain about
           eleven hundred & fifty acres more or less, West half of Section fifteen
           Township ten, Range Nineteen containing three hundred & twenty acres more
           or less, Also ten Mules, two wagons, one Mare and Colt, one
           Steam Engine, One Grist Mill, four Cotton Gins, Eighteen Ploughs,
           Eight Sets Mule Gear, two hundred & fifty bushels of Corn more or less, two thousand
           pounds of Fodder more or less, twenty head of Cattle more or less, and one set
           Blacksmith Tools, together with all and Singular the rights titles and interest
           of which the said Lewis J. Patterson had in the said property Jointly and
           Severally, And the same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff as
           aforesaid under said writs, could or ought to deed and
           convey the Same.
                    Given under my hand and Seal this 5th day of
                    July A.D. 1869.

                                      Know all men by these presents, That for
           and in consideration of the payment of twenty five hundred Dollars by
           Wilk Call Esq to me, We have sold and delivered to Wilk Call
           and do hereby sell and deliver to said Wilk Call, the rents
           of Cotton made on the June place in Alachua County
           during the current year, the said place being under rent to
