This writing made the day and year first above written,
Witnesseth, that whereas Wilk Call of the first part being in possession
and fully authorized by deed, did contract with Jac L. Krimminger
of the second part, on or about the 10th day of January of
this current year for the rent of the June plantation in Alachua
County for this year viz, the year eighteen hundred and Sixty nine,
(1869) with the use of mules, Horses and other stock
thereon, also the corn & fodder plantation implements, Waggons
&c, Feed, Whereas under said contract and agreement for
rent, the said plantation with all the personal property
above described was possessed placed in the possession
