This Indenture made and entered into on this the twelfth
day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and sixty seven; between James S. Soutter &
John McRae, Trustee, duly appointed by the Florida Rail
Road Company, parties of the first part, and Clacius &
White parties of the second part witnesseth
   That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Thirteen Dollars to them in hand paid to the said
parties for the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edeged, have given granted, aliened bargained sold transferred,
and do by their presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell trans
fer and convey unto the said parties of the second part all those
several tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the county of
Alachua, State of Florida and more particularly known and
described on the maps and public survey of said State, as lot five
(5) of section twenty one (S 21) Township Twelve south Range Twenty
East containing Thirty nine (39 25/100) more or less, also lot one
Two, Three Four (1,2,3,4) of section five (S 5) Township Nine south Range
Twenty one containing one hundred and seventy-six 176 75/100 acres
more or less & also the west half west half of North East quarter

tion Twenty nine (S 29) Township Eleven South Range Eighteen
East, containing Five hundred and twenty acres more or less
also the west half: west half of North East quarter and West
half or South East quarter of section Twenty five(S. 25) Township ten

Seventy nine 479 acres more or less, also in the Town of Archer
county and state aforesaid. Lots six, seven & eight (6,7,8) in Block six
