To have and to hold, the above described premises,
together with all and singular the rights and privileges I'm
munities, easements and appurtenances thereunto belong=
ing, or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the
second part, and his heirs, as their absolute property in fee
simple forever. And the said parties of the first part for them
selves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the
said State of Florida Rail Road Company, and for
all others claiming by by through or under them, or either
of them do covenant and agree, that they are seized as Trus=
tees, of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and that they have good right to convey the same, as they have
conveyed the same, free and discharged from all incum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and description
created by themselves as such Trustees: And that the said par
ty of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them,
