the latter lot being secured by T.C. Pelot thru Notes of August 2d 1859 for ($45.40 and
$40. at two 2,3, & 4 years respectively.
To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, easements
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining
unto the said party of the second, and his heirs, as their absolute prop
erty in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid, and
for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others
claiming by, through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant &
agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and indefeasible fee
simple to the above premises, and that they have good right to convey
the same, as they have conveyed the same, free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by themselves as such Trustees: and that the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quiet
ly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all per
sons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them,
