sideration of the sum of Nine Dollars to them in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred; and
do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer 
and convey unto the said party of the second part all those sever
al tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County
of Bradford, State of Florida, and now particularly known
and described on the maps of public surveys of said State, as Lots
Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) Five (5), six (6) and seven (7) and South
half (S1/2) of lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Section Nineteen (S.19)
Township Seven South (T.7.S) Range Twenty East (R.20.E.), contain
ing Six hundred and seventy seven (677 75) acres, more or less
    Also, in the Town of Archer, County of Alachua and State afore
said, lot six (6) in Block Twenty three (B.23) as per plat of said
Town -
    To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with 
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, ease=
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise ap=
pertaining unto said party of the second part and his heirs, as their 
absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first 
part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and 
for the said Florida Railroad Company, and for all others 
claiming by, through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant 
and agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and indefea
sible fee simple to the above premises, and that they have good right 
to convey the same, as they have conveyed the same, free and dis
charged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every 
kind nature and description created by themselves as such Trus=
tees; and that the said party of the second part, his heirs and as=
signs, shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described prem=
ises against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or
either of them. 
     In Testimony whereof, the said parties of the first part 
have hereunto affixed their hands and seals, this the day and 
year above written }

May AD 1869, personally appeared before me J. Limeburner 
one of the subscribing witnesses to the above Deed, who being duly 
sworn, did depose and say, that he saw James T. Soutter and 
John McRae, grantors in the foregoing Instrument, sign, seal &
deliver the same, and heard them acknowledge that they did ex
ecute it as their voluntary act and deed -
