    This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twelfth day of June
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
                                                    Trustees,  
seven, between James T. Soutter, and John McRae,^duly appointed by 
the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part, and C.O.
Witte party of the second part, Witnesseth:  
   That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum 
of Twenty seven Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the 
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, gran
ted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give, 
grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of 
the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Bradford, State of Florida, and more particu-
larly known and described on the public survey map of said State, by
Section Three (S.3.) Township Seven South (T.7.S.), Range Twenty
East (R.20.E.), containing six hundred and forty one (64144) acres
more or less 
    Also, in the County of Alachua, State aforesaid, section
twenty Seven (S27), Township Ten South Range Seventeen East R.17.E.
containing Six hundred & forty (64088) acres more or less, Also Section
Thirty one (S31) Township Nine (T9S) Range Seventeen East (R17E)
containing Six hundred and forty one (64144) acres more or less
Also East fractions Block Twenty Nine (B29) in the Town of Waldo
County aforesaid. Also in said County and in the Town of Archer
Lots one (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven (B7)
   To have and to hold the above described premises together with all and 
singular the rights and privileges immunities, easements and appurtenances 
thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto said party of the second 
part and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever. And 
the said parties of the first part for themselves and successors as Trustees as 
aforesaid, and for the said Florida Railroad Company and for all others 
claiming by through or under them or either of them do covenant and 
agree that they are seized as Trustees of a good and indefeasible 
fee simple to the above premises. And that they have good right to 
convey the same, as they have conveyed the same, free and discharged 
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and 
description created by themselves as such Trustees; and that the 
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly 
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all 
persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them. 
     In Testimony Whereof, the said parties of the first part have 
     hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day and year 
     above written
