lying and being in the Town of Waldo, County of Alachua,
State of Florida, and more particularly known and described
on the plat of said Town, as Lots Four (4), Five (5), six (6)
seven (7), and eight (8) in Block twelve (12).
To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities, easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper
taining unto said party of the second part and his heirs, as their
absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and
for the said Florida Railroad Company, and for all others
claiming by, through or under them, or either of them, do covenant
and agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and indefeasi
ble fee simple to the above premises, and that they have good right
convey the same, as they have conveyed the same, free and dischar
ged from all encumbrances, and liens of any and every nature and de
scription created by themselves, as such Trustees; and that the said par
ty of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them.
