iened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these presents 
give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto 
the said party of the second part all of those several
tracts or parcels of land lying & being in the County of 
Alachua, State of Florida, & more particularly known &
described on the maps and public surveys of said State, 
as lots one, Two, Three, Four, Five, & eight (1,2,3,4,5&8) of Section 
Twenty Seven (27.S) containing Two Hundred and Thirty Nine
(23988) acres, more or less; Also Section Nineteen, containing six
hundred and forty (640) acres more or less, all in Township Elev=
en South (T.11.S) Range Eighteen East (R.18.E.) also, section
Twenty one (S.21) Township Nine South, Range, Eighteen East, Con-
tainin Six hundred & Seventeen 61744 acres more or less, Also Lots one
one (1) Two (2) Three (3) & Four (4) of Section Three (3) Township Nine South
(T.9.S.) Range Twenty East (R.20.E) containing Two hundred and
sixty three 26329 acres, more or less, also West half (W1/2) of Section Twenty
seven (S.27) Township Nine South (T.9.S.) Range Seventeen East (R.17.E)
containing Three Hundred and twenty one (32152) acres more or less.
Also in the Town of Waldo & County aforesaid, Lots Six & Seven in
Block Ten, also in the Town of Archer & County aforesaid, Lots one
Block Two, also Lots one & Ten in Block Twenty Four -
   To have and to hold, the above described premises, together with all 
and singular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements 
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper
taining unto said party of the second part, and his heirs,
as their absolute property in fee simple forever, and the said 
parties of the first part for themselves and successors, as Trus=
tees as aforesaid, and for the said Florida Railroad Com=
pany, and for all others claiming by, through, or under them, or 
either of them, do covenant and agree, that they are seized as 
Trustees, of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above 
premises. and that they have good right to convey the same, as 
they have conveyed the same, free and discharged from all 
encumbrances and Liens of any and every nature and descript
tion created by themselves as such Trustees; and that the said 
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly 
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all per
sons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either of them.
