This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twelfth day of
June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
seven, between James T. Soutter, and John McRae, Trustees, duly
appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, al
iened, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these presents give
grant alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part, witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part, for and in considwe
ation of the sum Five Dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged, have given
And Samuel A. Swann party of the second part
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part, for and
consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to then in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, Alien
ed, bargained, sold, transferred; and do by these present do
grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all those several tracts or parcels
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua, State
of Florida, and more particularly known and described
on the public maps of said State, as the South half S1/2 of the
Township Seven South (T.7.S) Range twenty East (R.20.E), con
taining Eighty (8017) acres, more or less, Also the North West
quarter (NW1/4) of the North West quarter (NW1/4) of section Twenty
three (S.23), Township Eight South (T.8.S), Range Twenty one East
(R.21.E), containing Forty (40 acres, more or less -
Also, in the Town of Waldo, County and State aforesaid,
all of Block Nineteen B.19 and Thirty, or so much as
there may be upon proper survey, as per plat of said town
To have and to hold, the above described premises, to=
gether with all and singular the rights and privileges, immu
nities, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
