This Indenture, made and entered into on this the twelfth day 
of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
sixty seven, between James T. Soutter, and John McRae, Trustees, 
duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the 
first part, and A.H. Cole party of the second part witnesseth,  
   That the said parties of the second first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Twenty five Dollars to them in hand paid 
by the said part of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
knowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, trans=
ferred; and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, 
transfer and convey unto the said part of the second part all
those several tracts or parcels of land lying and being in Al=
achua County, State of Florida, and more particularly known
and described on the maps and public surveys of said State, as the
North West quarter; West half and South East quarter of the South
West quarter; East half and South West quarter of South East quar
ter SE1/4 of Section Thirteen (S.13) Township Ten South T.10.S. Range Seventeen
East (R17.E) containing Three hundred and ninety nine (39944)
acres more or less -
   Also in Township Eight South (T.8.S.) Range Twenty one (R.21.E)
the North East quarter (NE1/4) of North East quarter (NE1/4); North East
quarter (Nw1/4) of North West quarter (NW1/4); South west quarter (SW1/4) of
North West quarter (NW1/4); North West quarter (NW1/4) of South East quarter SE
and South East quarter (SE1/4) of South East quarter (SE1/4) of section twenty
three (S.23) containing Two hundred (200) acres more or less,
   Also the following lots in the Town of Waldo, County and
State aforesaid (subject to more Definite survey) viz: Lots one, two, three, four,

Five (5), Lots one, Two, Three & Four (1,2,3,4) in Block Eleven (11), Lots Nine
